Stathis Triphyllis
(Founder) - CEO
Stathis holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College), and an International MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

Stathis has been active in Real Estate in Greece since 1998, including sale and purchase, and sustainable adaptive reuse, of properties in the historic and business center of Athens.

He also worked for many years in shipping (a fourth generation family business) in Madrid, London, and Piraeus. In 2000 he co-founded Yellow Net Road, a leading one-to-one marketing agency, which he later sold.

He speaks Greek, English, Spanish, and French, and is a keen sailor and runner. He is married to the soprano Laura Mamakos ( and they have three children.

Konstantinos Papadimitrakopoulos

Konstantinos has received his Bachelor of Architecture (2002) from Syracuse University School of Architecture and his Master of Architecture in Urban Design in (2006) from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is the recipient among others of the Deans citation for Excellence in Thesis award from SUSOA and The Druker Traveling Fellowship from the GSD.

Konstantinos has worked for Costas Kondylis in NYC (2002-2004) and Synthesis and Research (2005) in Athens. His work has been published and exhibited both in Greece and internationally.

Gina Chatzi
Gina holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Hertfordshire in European and International studies, and an MBA from the University of Leicester.

After spending almost two years in Belgrade she returned to Athens and worked in administrative support at KFL language school, in general administration at GK Stefanakis & Associates Law Firm and in the Economics and Metrology Department of the Ministry of Development.

She speaks Greek, English, French and Serbian and is a keen runner and motorist.
