Kledora has ongoing consulting and property management contracts with three Real Estate holding companies for the full range of their existing portfolios, including commercial, leisure, residential and land. In total we currently manage 15,000 sq.m. of built area and 60,000 sq.m. of land.
This service includes strategy development and implementation, property distribution and utilisation, sale and purchase, rentals and daily operations. Furthermore, we bring all properties up to date and in compliance with current rules and regulations in terms of paperwork, administration and maintenance.
